The Director-General Operation, COP/Mr. John Kudalor, on Monday 14th May, 2012 formally opened a ten (10) day Tactical Trainer’s Course at the Police Headquarters for the Senior Officers on behalf of the Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Paul Tawiah Quaye.
He made it clear in his speech that, with the help of the UK Aid from the Department for International Development (DFID), the course will help keep the Police Senior Officers abreast of new technologies and management of riotous situations.
Mr. Daniel Graymore, the Deputy Country Director of UK Aid Department for International Development also in his speech encouraged the Police to work professionally and to be non-political. Again, he urged the service to help allow peaceful protest since it plays a key role in the development of the country.
